Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

PXG Canada Limited and its affiliates (“PXG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a Refer-a-Friend program (“Program”) allowing eligible existing customers (“Referrers”) to invite friends and family (“Referees”) to make qualifying purchases of PXG products. Referrers who complete a referral will earn PXG store credit toward future purchases, and Referees will receive a discount on their first qualifying purchase.

The Program covers direct-to-consumer (DTC) purchases only, and available online at www.ca.PXG.com. Wholesale, green grass, partner, authorized dealer, and third-party account purchases do NOT qualify.

By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and PXG’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, each incorporated herein by reference. PXG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

2. Referrer Eligibility

To participate as a Referrer, you must:

Be a current or former PXG customer with a valid account in good standing;
Have a minimum lifetime DTC purchase history with PXG of at least $150.00 CAD (excluding tax and shipping);
Reside in Canada;
Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, if higher);
Have a valid PXG online account or be registered in PXG’s customer database; and
Not be a current PXG employee, contractor, wholesale account holder, green grass account holder, authorized dealer, or partner account holder.

PXG may verify eligibility at any time and may disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements, including after credit has been provisionally issued.

3. Referee Eligibility

To redeem a referral offer as a Referee, you must:

Be referred by an eligible Referrer using a valid, unique referral link or code issued by PXG;
Be a new PXG customer with no verified DTC purchase in PXG's records;
Reside in Canada;
Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, if higher);
Create or log in to a valid Shopify-powered PXG account using the referral link;
Complete a qualifying purchase that meets the minimum order threshold described in Section 4.

A person who has previously received a Referee Offer under this Program (as described in Section 4) — whether or not that Referee Offer was redeemed or expired — or who created a PXG account in connection with a prior referral, regardless of whether a qualifying purchase was completed, is not eligible to participate as a Referee.

4. Referee Offer

Eligible Referees will receive the following discount on their first qualifying PXG DTC purchase made through the referral link or code (“Referee Offer”):

$70.00 CAD off a qualifying order of $700.00 CAD or more (excluding tax and shipping)

The following terms apply to the Referee Offer:

The $700.00 CAD minimum order threshold is calculated based on the merchandise subtotal only. Taxes, shipping charges, and any other fees are excluded from the qualifying order calculation.
Applies to a single qualifying transaction; may not be split across multiple orders.
Valid for DTC purchases only (online and at participating PXG retail locations); not valid on wholesale, green grass, partner, authorized dealer, or third-party account purchases.
May not be combined with other referral offers, promotional codes, or employee pricing programs. Sitewide automatic discounts applied at the cart level by PXG's platform are combinable with this offer.
No cash value; not redeemable for cash.
Non-transferable; redeemable only by the Referee to whom the referral link or code was originally sent.
PXG reserves the right to limit redemptions per household or address.
Québec Residents: The material conditions of the Referee Offer — including the $700.00 CAD minimum order threshold, the exclusion of taxes and shipping from the qualifying order calculation, and the single-transaction limit — are disclosed in these Terms and will be prominently disclosed at the point of offer presentation in accordance with applicable Québec consumer protection law. Québec residents who have questions or complaints regarding this offer may contact the Office de la protection du consommateur at www.opc.gouv.qc.ca.

5. Referrer Reward

For each Successful Referral (as described in Section 6), PXG will issue the following store credit to the eligible Referrer (“Referrer Reward”):

$35.00 CAD PXG store credit for a qualifying order of $35.00 CAD or more (excluding tax and shipping)

The following terms apply to the Referrer Reward:

Referrer Reward is issued as PXG store credit, redeemable on future DTC purchases online or at participating PXG retail locations.
Valid for ninety (90) days from issuance; credits not redeemed within that period expire and cannot be reinstated.
Non-transferable; redeemable only by the Referrer’s account to which they were issued.
No cap on the number of Successful Referrals, subject to PXG’s fraud prevention policies.
May be stacked and used together on a single purchase, and combined with other eligible offers and free shipping programs, unless restricted by the applicable promotion’s terms.
No minimum purchase amount required to redeem.
For every three (3) Successful Referrals, PXG will issue an additional $35.00 CAD bonus credit. Bonus credit is subject to the same terms as standard Referrer Rewards.
No cash value; cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another form of payment.
PXG reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit Referrer Rewards if a Referee’s qualifying purchase is subsequently canceled, returned, or refunded (see Section 9).

6. Definition of a Successful Referral

A “Successful Referral” occurs when all of the following conditions have been met:

A Referrer shares a unique referral link or code with a Referee;
The Referee clicks the unique referral link or enters the referral code and creates or logs into a PXG Shopify account;
The Referee is confirmed as eligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
The Referee completes a qualifying DTC purchase meeting the minimum order threshold described in Section 4; and
The Referee’s order has been shipped by PXG (i.e., the order has not been canceled, held, or flagged for fraud review prior to shipment).

Referrer Reward will be issued after the Referee’s qualifying order ships. No credit will be issued for orders that are placed but unshipped, or subsequently held, canceled, or returned prior to credit issuance.

7. How to Participate

7.1 Joining as a Referrer

Eligible customers may enroll through www.pxg.com/refer-a-friend. Upon enrollment and eligibility verification, you will receive a unique referral link and/or code to share with prospective Referees.

7.2 Sharing Your Referral Link or Code

Referrers may share their unique referral link or code through personal channels including, but not limited to:

Personal email (sent directly by the Referrer, not automated by PXG);
Personal text message (sent directly by the Referrer from own device);
Direct messaging on social media platforms; or
Other personal sharing methods at the Referrer’s discretion.

PXG provides tools to facilitate copying and sharing of referral links but does not send referral communications on behalf of Referrers. Referrers are solely responsible for ensuring their sharing complies with applicable law, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and applicable provincial laws governing commercial electronic messages and unsolicited communications. Under CASL, Referrers may send only one (1) commercial electronic message to a Referee without prior consent; that message must identify the Referrer by full name, state that the message is sent as a result of a referral, include PXG’s identification information, and include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism. Any subsequent commercial electronic message to the same Referee requires the Referee’s express consent.

Referrers may not: (a) post referral codes publicly on deal forums, coupon sites, or public social media in a manner designed to circumvent the intent of this Program; (b) use automated tools to distribute referral links at scale; or (c) engage in any form of spamming, misrepresentation, or deceptive practice in connection with the Program.

7.3 Redeeming as a Referee

To redeem a Referee Offer, the Referee must: (a) access PXG’s website or retail location using the referral link or code provided by the Referrer; (b) create or sign into a PXG account; (c) complete a qualifying purchase meeting the minimum order threshold; and (d) apply the Referee Offer at checkout.

8. Fraud Prevention and Program Integrity

PXG reserves the right to investigate participation it believes, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms, and may take any of the following actions without prior notice:

Disqualify a Referrer or a Referee from the Program;
Withhold, reverse, or forfeit any Referrer Reward or Referee Offer;
Close or suspend a participant’s PXG account;
Pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.

Examples of prohibited conduct include, without limitation:

A Referrer referring themselves using a secondary account or fictitious identity;
Generating or distributing referral codes using bots, scripts, or automated systems;
Purchasing or selling referral codes or credits;
Systematically abusing the Program to generate credits beyond its intended consumer use;
Any misrepresentation of eligibility or identity by either a Referrer or Referee.

PXG’s determination of fraud or abuse is final and binding and shall not constitute a waiver of any other available remedies.

9. Returns, Cancellations, and Reversals

Referrer Rewards are contingent upon the Referee’s qualifying order being completed, shipped, and not subsequently reversed:

If canceled prior to shipment, no Referrer Reward will be issued.
If returned or refunded in full after Referrer Reward has been issued, PXG may deduct the corresponding credit from the Referrer’s account. If already used, PXG may offset against future credits or purchases.
If partially returned, PXG will evaluate whether the remaining subtotal still meets the minimum order threshold; if not, PXG may reverse the Referrer Reward in whole or in part.
Referee Offer already applied to a completed purchase is not reversible upon return; the Referee’s refund will reflect the amount actually paid after the Referee Offer.

10. Excluded Purchases and Accounts

The following purchases and account types are excluded from the Program and do not count toward Referrer eligibility thresholds, qualifying Referee purchases, or Referrer Reward earnings:

Wholesale account purchases
Green grass account purchases
Partner or co-brand account purchases
Authorized dealer account purchases
Third-party platform purchases (e.g., marketplaces not operated by PXG)
Employee purchases made under employee pricing programs
Purchases of gift cards
Prior purchases made before Program enrollment

11. Privacy and Data Use

PXG’s collection, use, and sharing of personal information in connection with the Program is governed by PXG’s Privacy Policy, available at www.ca.pxg.com/policies/privacy-policy, and by applicable Canadian privacy law, including Canada’s federal private-sector privacy legislation (PIPEDA) and, for Québec residents, Québec’s modernized privacy legislation (Law 25) (collectively, “Applicable Privacy Law”). PXG collects and uses your personal information only for the following specified purposes: (a) administering and operating the Program; (b) verifying participant eligibility; (c) issuing and tracking Referrer Rewards and Referee Offers; (d) detecting and preventing fraud and Program abuse; (e) communicating with you about your Program participation; and (f) complying with applicable tax reporting obligations. PXG will not use your personal information for purposes beyond those specified above without your prior knowledge and consent. By participating, you consent to PXG’s collection and use of your personal information for those purposes. PXG collects only the personal information reasonably necessary to fulfill those purposes and retains it only for as long as necessary to fulfill them or as required by applicable law.

Referrers are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required by Applicable Privacy Law before sharing a Referee’s personal information or contact details with PXG or sending referral communications. PXG does not send referral invitations on behalf of Referrers. Under applicable Canadian privacy law, participants have the right to: (a) request access to their personal information held by PXG; (b) request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information; (c) withdraw consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of their personal information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice; and (d) for Québec residents, request that PXG cease disseminating their personal information or de-index any hyperlink attached to their name where such dissemination causes harm or is no longer justified. To exercise any of these rights, contact PXG at cainfo@pxg.com. PXG will respond within the timeframes required by Applicable Privacy Law.

If a Referee’s contact information is submitted to PXG through the Program (e.g., via a “share via email” feature), PXG will use it only to facilitate the referral and as described in its Privacy Policy. PXG will not use a Referee’s contact information for direct marketing without the Referee’s separate, express consent. In the event of a privacy incident involving a real risk of significant harm to participants, PXG will notify affected individuals and, where required, the applicable privacy regulatory authority, in accordance with Applicable Privacy Law and applicable Québec privacy requirements.

12. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any federal, provincial, or territorial taxes applicable to Referrer Rewards, Referee Offers, or other Program benefits. PXG does not provide tax advice. If the value of credits or benefits received by a participant in a calendar year equals or exceeds applicable Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) reporting thresholds, PXG may issue a T4A or other required tax documentation. Participants should consult a qualified tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of Program benefits under the Income Tax Act (Canada).

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PXG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REFERRER REWARDS DUE TO PROGRAM TERMINATION, TECHNICAL ERRORS, OR ACCOUNT ISSUES. PXG’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY PARTICIPANT IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE DOLLAR VALUE OF REFERRER REWARDS OR REFEREE OFFERS ISSUED TO THAT PARTICIPANT. FOR QUÉBEC RESIDENTS: NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OR EXCLUDES PXG’S LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY ITS OWN FAULT, NOR DOES IT AFFECT ANY RIGHTS THAT QUÉBEC RESIDENTS HAVE UNDER THE QUÉBEC CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (LOI SUR LA PROTECTION DU CONSOMMATEUR) OR THE CIVIL CODE OF QUÉBEC THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED BY CONTRACT. TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY PROVISION OF THESE TERMS IS INCONSISTENT WITH MANDATORY PROVISIONS OF QUÉBEC LAW APPLICABLE TO QUÉBEC RESIDENTS, THE MANDATORY PROVISIONS OF QUÉBEC LAW SHALL PREVAIL.

Nothing in these Terms limits PXG’s liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law including mandatory provisions of applicable Québec law.

14. Modifications and Termination

PXG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes are effective upon posting to www.pxg.com/refer-a-friend. Continued participation after changes is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

PXG may terminate any participant’s enrollment at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon Program termination, unused Referrer Rewards will be forfeited unless PXG expressly states otherwise.

15. General Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PXG with respect to the Program and supersede any prior representations or agreements on the subject matter hereof.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Disputes arising under or related to these Terms or the Program shall be resolved in accordance with PXG’s standard dispute resolution process set forth in PXG’s Terms of Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
The Program is void where prohibited by law.
